Delete your account

You can delete your BET Roulette Forecast PRO account at any time. This cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Settings → Account and progress.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app (uninstalled or no access)

Email nahual@meztliocelotl.com with the subject "Delete account". Include your ranking nickname and, if you linked Google, the email you used. We will reply within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

  • Your anonymous account on our server.
  • Your nickname, your country and your ranking statistics.
  • The copy of your progress saved in the cloud.
  • The reports you have sent.
  • Your data from tables with friends (seat and rounds played).
  • The link to your Google account. Your Google account itself is not deleted.

What is kept

  • Records of your purchases (VIP, Christmas Eve Collection, season pass), with no link to your account. They are kept only to meet legal and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud, for as long as those rules require.

What this page does not delete

  • The progress on your phone. It stays on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
